G&G Embroidery Starter Kit

Add a unique, personalised touch to your me-mades with our G&G Embroidery Starter Kit, designed with beginners in mind. This all-in-one bundle makes it easy to start hand embroidery and customise your handmade garments with our exclusive embroidery sheets. 

The sheets are available in hand-drawn designs from two of our most-loved G&G fabric collections:

• Bee Happy Blooms – a joyful collection inspired by wildflower meadows and buzzing bees.
• Goddess Power – our sun-soaked summer range celebrating Greek mythology with motifs of stars, waves, and celestial energy.

With these easy to use sheets you simply cut around your chosen motif, peel and stick it to your fabric and once you’ve finished embroidering it, it quickly dissolves in water to reveal your beautiful work!

Choose from two variations:

• Bee Happy motifs with coordinating threads
• Greek Power motifs with coordinating threads

Each kit contains:

• Embroidery sheet: 1 sheet of embroidery motifs printed onto water-soluble stabiliser (Bee Happy or Goddess Power designs)
• Thread: DMC stranded cotton. Bee Happy bundles contain 7 skeins (shades 742, 335, 3708, 341, 163, 368 & 839) and Greek Power bundles contain 6 skeins (shades 796, 798, 891, 163, 741 & 972)
• Hoop: 6” embroidery hoop
• Embroidery needles: John James hand sewing embroidery needles, mixed pack
• Interfacing: 25cm white stretch interfacing, for finishing the reverse of the embroidery.
• Video: Lauren’s Beginner’s Guide to Hand Embroidery on Garments video, with tutorials on 13 stitches, motif use, design advice, and troubleshooting tips. The video has over an hour of footage, sectioned out with time stamps/chapters for easy reference and navigation.
