This Fableism Cornucopia Happy Checkers Cotton Fabric is a lightweight 100% cotton woven fabric featuring a playful checked design from the Fine & Dandy Collection.

Happy Checkers is a playful take on the classic check, with a geometric design that brings plenty of character to handmade garments. The warm Cornucopia colourway combines earthy tones to create a fabric that's easy to coordinate with both plain fabrics and other prints.

Woven from 100% cotton, this lightweight fabric has a soft, breathable handle that's comfortable to wear. At 130gsm, it has enough structure for shirts, dresses and skirts while remaining light enough for relaxed garments.

Care Instructions

We recommend pre-washing all fabrics in the same manner intended for the final item in order to minimise unexpected shrinking. Otherwise it is always best to hand wash with mild, bleach-free detergent, and hang-dry fabrics for best results. If machine washing is your preferred method, we suggest washing in cold water with like colours on gentle cycle using a mild, bleach-free detergent. If you want to tumble dry, use a low-heat tumble setting to minimise shrinkage.
