Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Guthrie & Ghani may run promotional discounts, special offers, prize draws and fundraising activities. The terms and conditions that apply to these activities are set out below.

Our general promotion terms apply to promotional discounts, special offers and discount codes unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of an individual offer.

Prize draws, competitions and fundraising activities will have their own specific terms and conditions, including details of how to enter, eligibility, closing dates and any free entry routes where applicable.

General Promotion Terms

• Promotional offers and discount codes are valid for the stated promotional period only.

• Where a discount code is required, it must be entered at checkout for the discount to be applied.

• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

• Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code or promotional offer.

• Promotions may apply only to selected products, collections or qualifying purchases. Any exclusions or minimum purchase requirements will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms.

• Discounts apply to qualifying products only and do not apply to delivery charges unless specifically stated.

• All products included in a promotion are subject to availability.

• Guthrie & Ghani reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in the event of an error or circumstances outside our control. This does not affect orders already placed where a promotion has been validly applied.

• Individual promotions may have additional terms and conditions. Where specific promotional terms differ from these general terms, the terms stated for that promotion will apply.

The Big gg Sewcial Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. The Prize Draw
The Big gg Sewcial Prize Draw is organised by Guthrie & Ghani Ltd in connection with The Big gg Sewcial on Saturday 17th October 2026. The Prize Draw is being held to support Anawim, St Basils and Square Peg.

2. How to enter
The Prize Draw can be entered in the following ways:

• Paid online entry: Purchase a £5 entry through the official GiveWheel Prize Draw page.

• Paid in-store entry: Purchase a £5 entry using cash at Guthrie & Ghani, 169 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham B13 8JR, on Saturday 17th October 2026.

• Free online entry: Enter via the free-entry route provided on the GiveWheel page. No purchase or donation is required. When prompted, use the event URL: https://gvwhl.com/43FJP

• Free postal entry: Send your full name and email address and/or contact telephone number to:

Postal entries must be received by Wednesday 21st October 2026.
A free entry gives you exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.

3. Entry deadline
All entries, whether paid or free, must be received by 11:59pm on Wednesday 21st October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the Prize Draw.

4. Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Guthrie & Ghani Ltd, their immediate family members and anyone directly involved in organising the Prize Draw.

5. Entries
Each valid entry will count as one entry into the Prize Draw. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible or does not meet the entry requirements may be rejected.

6. Winner selection
The winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date.

7. Prizes
(*Listen below) Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Guthrie & Ghani Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

8. Contacting the winner(s)
Winner(s) will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, Guthrie & Ghani Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Changes to the Prize Draw
Guthrie & Ghani Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw in exceptional circumstances.

10. Personal information
Personal information provided when entering will be used to administer the Prize Draw and contact the winner(s), in accordance with Guthrie & Ghani's Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
